All about Whittlesford – past, present and future

Driving in France . .

Driving in France . .

If, like thousands of others, you plan to visit Europe in your car this year, be aware that there have been changes you may not know about. For example, Paris (and other cities) require a Clean Air sticker for your car.  If it is pre-1997 then you cannot get a sticker nor drive in Paris between 8am to 8pm.  Heavy fines!  Also the SPEED LIMIT on A and B roads changed this year from 90kph (56mph) to 80kph (50mph) so be aware!

See our thoughts on what you need to be aware of in the link below – but remember, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure you are well prepared (carrying a Boy Scout with you is not, unfortunately, sufficient!).  Have your car serviced or, at least, checked out before you go.
